Deliveries

All goods are shipped from our Central UK warehouse. Some products may be dispatched from other locations, and in these cases, you may receive multiple deliveries.

Important:

• When signing for your delivery, if you notice any damage to the packaging, please sign as “damaged” or refuse the delivery entirely.
   
• Any items damaged in transit must be reported in writing to our customer services team at sales@bravex.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
   
• Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in the item not being replaced.
   

Please ensure you only sign for the number of packages you physically receive. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to confirm you do not sign for any packages not actually delivered

 Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. This link will show the current status of your order.

 When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order or form a binding contract. Acceptance of your order occurs only when the products are dispatched, at which point a contract is formed. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to withdraw or cancel your order.

Bravex, or any of its trading divisions, will not be liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. We will also not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
